Compaq/Tandem
CT9840-X Tape Drive, and CTL700 and CTL700M Tape Libraries.
CT9840-X tape drive
The new CT9840 tape drive addresses the need for a high
performance, industrial strength tape storage product. Adapted for use with
NonStop Himalaya servers, the
CT9840 is based upon the StorageTek 9840 tape drive. The CT9840 delivers huge
performance and capacity improvements over earlier tape storage products.
CTL700 and CTL700M tape libraries
The new CTL700 and CTL700M tape libraries address the need for
high performance, industrial strength automated tape storage. Adapted for use
with NonStop Himalaya servers by our development partner Tributary
Systems, the CTL700 and CTL700M are based on the StorageTek L700 tape library.
The CTL700 and CTL700M deliver large capacity tape automation and high
performance tape storage.
