The IBM TotalStorage 3581 Tape
Autoloader can provide an excellent solution for businesses looking for high
density and performance tape autoloader storage in constrained rack or desktop
environments. The 3581 offers a single Ultrium 3 tape drive and storage for up
to eight tape cartridges in the new Models L38 and F38, and is available in both
Low Voltage Differential (LVD) 160Ultra SCSI and 2 Gbps Fibre channel interface.
Optional features are designed to help enable the operation of the autoloader as
a small library.
