Mammoth-LT is the entry-level tape drive in the Exabyte MammothTape
technology family of tape drives and libraries. With its 14 GB cartridge
capacity (28 GB compressed*) and 2 MB/second transfer rate (4 MB/second
compressed*), the Mammoth-LT drive offers 8505XL, Eliant 820 and DDS-3
users an inexpensive way to move up to advanced MammothTape technology
with its compelling roadmap.
Mammoth-LT can back up 14 GB in under 2 hours on 125m AME media.
