Discover all content in Exchange
Discovery Manager looks into folders, mailboxes and subfolders of mailboxes to

Searching for deleted items
Rapidly retrieve items from dumpsters which users may have deleted
inadvertently.
Find & search local and central PST files
Discovery Manager carries out full searches within PST files with total
accuracy.
Searches by any combination of over 50 criteria,
including search by:

- Subjects of message and/or attachment – to look into

- Contents of message and/or attachments – to find matching
words and phrases
- Recipient – to exactly check display name, primary email
address as well as email addresses from other mail systems
