Plasmon G-Series
5.25 inch optical libraries are the market-leading solution for professional
archival storage. They feature the industry's most reliable architecture and
highest data availability, and support multiple optical media to minimize the
cost and frequency of media migration. Support for both 30GB UDO™ (Ultra Density
Optical) and 9.1GB MO (Magneto Optical) storage technologies provides a
backward-compatible archive platform built for the future.
Enterprise G-Series
Libraries
Provide the ultimate in capacity, scalability and reliability. Enterprise
G-Series libraries are available with up to 12 drives (UDO, MO or mixed) and are
scalable from 164 to 638 cartridges with fully populated UDO capacities from 4.9
TB to almost 20 TB. State of the art features include redundant power supplies,
hot swappable drives, multiple bus configurations, an optional bar code scanner
and a high performance dual picker.
Midrange G-Series
Libraries Solid, dependable, high performance optical archives with two or four drives
(UDO, MO or mixed). Midrange G-Series libraries are available in
configurations range from from 72 to 104 slots with fully-populated UDO
capacities from 2.2 TB to over 3 TB. Features include a high performance dual
picker, an optional bar code scanner, and floor standing or rack mounting
capability.
Entry Level G-Series Libraries Professional archival libraries in a compact chassis. The newest
additions to the G-Series library family, the Entry Level G-Series libraries are
available with one or two drives (UDO, MO or mixed), and either 32 or 24 slots.
Fully populated UDO capacities range from 720GB to just under 1TB. Features
include a high performance dual picker, bar code scanner and floor standing or
rack mounting capability.
